Ashley has been in the medical field 15 years. Her experience includes specialty billing such as gastroenterology, pediatric gastroenterology, wound care, general surgery and OBGYN; just to name a few. She received her CPC certification in 2015.

Josefina Cupich

Josefina has been in the medical field for 15 years. Her experience includes primary care, home health, behavioral health, neurology, urology, vision and gastroenterology. She is currently working to become CPB certified.

Vendula Tims

Vendula has been in the medical field for 14 years. Her experience includes primary care, ENT, home health, pain management, gastroenterology, cardiology, audiology, pulmonology and allergy billing. She is currently working to become CPMA certified.

Education & Experience

All three owners graduated from Anthem Institute with high honors.

They have working knowledge in the following billing and EMR software: AdvancedMD, Athena, CollaborateMD, eClinicalworks, Kareo, nAble, NexGen, Practice Fusion, Practice Suite, Simple Practice and are currently working with Kinser also known as WellSky.
